The Helpdesk helps Management tickets, timesheets, and notes all in one place. It has a dashboard showing ticket statuses and resource hours with easy-to-read charts. Using Power Automate, tickets are automatically assigned through a form, and the assigned person gets an email notification. It also keeps track of notes and timesheets for each ticket, making everything easier to manage and follow up on
